Mail In Redemption Instructions

When a player finds themselves with a winning, non-taxable ticket and is unable to visit the Hard Rock Sportsbook or Casino Cage located in Rockford, Illinois, they have the option to Mail-In the winning ticket for a check.

Player must mail the winning ticket to:

7801 E. State St.
Rockford, IL 61108

Player must submit the following items:

1. Winning, non-taxable tickets can be redeemed by registered mail, including the patron’s name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, and signature, the original ticket, 1 copy of our ticket, and write “Mail Redemption” on both sides of the tickets.

2. Mail tickets via registered mail to the address listed enclosed with self-addressed, stamped envelope (a $5 administrative fee will be charged if a self-addressed stamped envelope is not included) and allow up to 30 days for ticket processing.

Patron Acknowledgments:
  • Please check your ticket for accuracy before leaving the counter.
  • Tickets are valid for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the settlement date of the last event, after which Tickets have no value.
  • Tickets are bearer instruments, paid in accordance with house rules.
  • Management does not assume any responsibility for Tickets lost, stolen, mutilated, forged, illegible, incomplete, counterfeit, produced in error, or failing any testing.
  • Hard Rock Casino Rockford is only responsible for payment of first ticket presented with valid barcode.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to wager and redeem.
