Casino Bonus Wagering Requirements:
- Once a player opts into a promotion ALL FUNDS associated with the promotion will be restricted from withdrawal until the player completes the specified wagering requirement (WR).
- Players must fulfill the wagering requirement associated with the casino bonus amount within the specified time frame listed in the promotion’s terms and conditions, otherwise, the casino bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Wagering requirements differ for each promotion. For example, a $100 casino bonus with a 10X WR, means a player must wager a total of $1,000 ($100 × 10), whereas a $100 casino bonus with 5X WR means a player must wager a total of $500 ($100 x 5) before they can withdraw the casino bonus funds or any winnings derived from the wagering of those funds.
- The order in which funds are wagered, also known as the Order of Funds, is as follows:
- First – Restricted Cash (deposit made to claim a deposit match offer) and any winnings from wagers made with Restricted Cash
- Second – Casino Bonus funds and any winnings from wagers made with Casino Bonus Funds
- Third – Non-restricted cash (shown as Available to Withdraw) and any winnings from wagers made with non-restricted cash funds.
- A player can meet the wagering requirements by playing the non-excluded slots and other casino games at a contribution rate of 100% (slots) or 40% (other casino games) respectively. No amount of wagering (with cash or bonus funds) on games set at a 0% contribution rate will go towards the completion of a wagering requirement. A $10 bet on Sports, Blackjack XChange, First Person Lightning Blackjack, Premium French Roulette, Video Poker or specifically mentioned slots like Bloodsuckers will count as a $0 bet towards meeting the wagering requirement.
- Casino Bonus funds cannot be played on any game where the casino bonus wagering contribution is 0%.
- If the player wishes to withdraw funds from Restricted Cash including any winnings derived from wagering Restricted Cash funds, they must first forfeit the casino bonus that is tied to those funds. In doing so the full casino bonus amount will be removed from the account on forfeiture.
- If a player chooses to cancel/forfeit their casino bonus before completing the wagering requirement the full casino bonus amount along with any winnings derived from wagering casino bonus funds will be removed from the account on forfeiture.
- To forfeit a casino bonus the player must go to Account > Rewards > Casino Bonuses. Then tap the info icon on the top right and select Forfeit Campaign. This action will remove the casino bonus, and any winnings derived from wagering casino bonus funds. The action CANNOT be undone.
- Players may have multiple casino bonuses available, however, they may only meet the wagering requirement of one (1) bonus at a time, whichever is activated first.
- If a player has not yet met the casino bonus wagering requirement and they have depleted their Restricted Cash funds (where applicable), and their Casino Bonus Funds, the Casino Bonus will become expired and their participation in the promotion is complete.
