Hard Rock Bet Adds Power Slap
Hard Rock Bet has expanded its list of legal sports betting markets in Florida to include Power Slap, the premier slap fighting competition founded by UFC President and CEO Dana White.
Odds for upcoming Power Slap bouts can now be found under the MMA section of the Hard Rock Bet online sportsbook.

What is Power Slap?
Power Slap is a slap fighting competition where participants stand together in an arena and trade slaps. Each bout begins with a coin flip to determine who will slap first. A 60-second window is provided during which they will administer an open-hand slap to their opponent. After receiving the slap, the player has 60-seconds of their own to recover, assume their position, and get ready to return the favor. If there is no knockout, after the predetermined number of rounds, typically 3 or 5, the fight will go to the judges who will declare a winner based on a number of factors.

The addition of Power Slap markets to Hard Rock Bet comes just in time for Power Slap 9, the promotions latest fight card which takes place on Thursday, October 24th. This will be the first Power Slap event housed outside of the United States, with the action taking place in Abu Dhabi. The card features 8 separate bouts as Layne “Da Crazy Hawaiian” Viernes defends his Super Heavyweight title against Vasilii “Dumpling” Kamotskii in the 5 round Main Event.
Additionally, former UFC Fighter Paige VanZant returns after winning her Power Slap debut back in June.
