- This promotion runs from 12:00 AM on Tuesday, October 1 2024 to 11:59 PM Sunday, November 10, 2024
- This offer is available to validated and active customers using the HardRock.bet app/site in New Jersey.
- Players can only earn a SHARE of over $1,500,000 in prizes. No one player can earn a total of $1,500,000 in prizes. Prizes will be paid out as casino bonuses with wagering requirements – with each individual leaderboard and the grand final leaderboard having different ways to earn points, different durations, different total prize pools, different total numbers of winners and prize values.
- To be able to give away over $1,500,000 in prizes during the promotional period, Hard Rock Bet reserves the right to amend the promotional schedule and plans at any time – this includes the prize funds, number of winners and prize values of any leaderboard or grand final leaderboard. For example, if the prize fund is not given away during an individual leaderboard due to too few entrants, subsequent prize funds will be increased to ensure the $1,500,000 total prize fund will be given away before the end of the promotional period
- To participate in this promotion, players must opt-in via the banner on the casino home page to one of the 18 leaderboards.
- The specific terms and conditions for each individual leaderboard will be available at the start of the promotional period for that individual leaderboard.
- Customers will be removed from the promotion if their Account is not in an ‘Active’ or Restricted state (for example closed or suspended accounts), or if they contact Customers Services asking to be removed. It can take up to 72 business hours for a customer to be removed from the promotion
- Whilst Restricted Accounts will not automatically be removed from the promotion, and will remain showing on the leaderboard, we reserve the right to review the reason for account restriction and remove these accounts and exclude them from the promotion or any promotional payout.
- After opt-in of an individual leaderboard, players will receive leaderboard points for the leaderboard they opted into based on the following rules:
- Luckiest Spin Leaderboards: Running each Tuesday during the promotional period, players’ leaderboard points will be their best win to wager ratio of their best (luckiest) $1.00 or greater cash spin on the selected games during the promotional period. For example, win $10 from a bet of $5 (2/1) awards 2 x100 = 200 points, if the player then wins $20 from a bet of $5, their ratio is updated (4/1) and awards 4 x100 points = 400 points, replacing the original 200 points.
- Loyalty Leaderboards: Running each Thursday during the promotional period, players will earn One (1) leaderboard point for every one (1) Reward point earned on the selected games during the leaderboard’s promotional period.
- Total Winning Spins Leaderboards: Running each Friday through Sunday during the promotional period, players will earn One (1) leaderboard point for every (1) winning spin greater than $2.50 cash on selected games during the leaderboard’s promotion period.
- In the event of two or more customers earning the same amount of points on a leaderboard, the customer that earned the points the earliest in the promotional period will be awarded the higher position on the leaderboard (and therefore the awards for that position).
- To take part in any individual leaderboard, customers need to opt into that individual leaderboard – opting in to one leaderboard does not carry over to another leaderboard. Players may play the relevant games on the relevant days, but points and prizes can only be earned for that leaderboard if they opt in.
- Leaderboard points do not carry over to other Leaderboards. Points can be earned during the promotional dates for that leaderboard only. For example points earned on ‘Total Winning Spins 1’ can only be earned from October 4th – 6th. To earn points on ‘Total Winning Spins 2’, players need to opt in to ‘Total Winning Spins 2’ and earn points from October 11th – 13th.
- For all leaderboards, customers can opt in any time during the specific leaderboard’s promotional period, and their points will be calculated for the entire period of that individual leaderboard. Points will not only be calculated from their point of opt in.
- Wagers placed with casino bonus funds are not eligible for earning any leaderboard points.
- Leaderboard points can only be earned on the featured games for that specific leaderboard, and wagers placed on other games will not earn points. Featured games for each leaderboard will change and will be listed within the terms & conditions of each individual leaderboard.
- Hard Rock Bet reserves the right to amend the featured games for any leaderboard at any time.
- There is no limit to how many total leaderboard points a player can earn during the promotion period on a leaderboard
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add any player to the Grand Final leaderboard for any reason, regardless of whether they have met the standard qualification criteria, including but not limited to not placing in the top 100 or not participating in the required three (3) qualifiers.
- During each leaderboard’s promotional period, the top players in the Leaderboard will be updated every 5 minutes.
- The winning players from each individual Leaderboard will receive a casino bonus prize credited to their account within 48 hours of the leaderboard promotion finishing.
- Hard Rock Digital reserves all rights to use the name, voice, video, or any recording from contacting participating Players in future advertisements or promotional material.
- Players who receive a Casino Bonus reward for placing in any of the leaderboards will have seven (7) days from bonus activation to complete the 1X wagering requirement otherwise all bonus funds including any associated bonus winnings will be forfeited on expiration.
- If a player chooses to cancel/forfeit their casino bonus before completing the wagering requirement, all the casino bonus funds including any associated winnings from those casino bonus funds will be removed from the account on forfeiture.
